Dear Lakeview Community,
Our Spooktacular Trunk or Treat is happening TONIGHT from 5-7pm! We can’t wait to celebrate a SPOOKTACULAR evening with our Lakeview families! Please plan to arrive early, as parking can fill up quickly. For everyone’s safety, keep your little ghouls close, be mindful of moving vehicles, and remember to walk between trunks. Don’t forget to check out all the creatively decorated trunks and cast your vote for your favorite! Let’s be kind, keep our campus clean, and most importantly, have a fun and safe evening filled with spooky memories!
**THANK YOU to our Trunk or Treat Team: Jen A, Jessica H, Sahar H, Shweta S.**
Next week is Red Ribbon Week, a time to learn about ways to keep our mind and body health. See the attached flyer for spirit days.

- Masks are not permitted
- Students must be able to access the restroom unassisted while wearing their costume
- Students not wishing to wear a costume may wear Lakeview Spirit Wear or school colors
- An extra change of clothes is recommended in case your child would like to change
The California Dashboard has been updated with 2026 achievement, culture, and climate results. Overall, Lakeview continues to make a positive impact on our students’ overall educational experience. I am most proud of our whole community’s effort to improve our chronic absenteeism rate from orange to green! Everyday counts! Click HERE to learn more about what the CA Dashboard means.

Level Up Jogathon UPDATE
- We are 75% of the way to meeting our goal!!! Help us reach our $50,000 goal to provide our Lions with awesome enrichment opportunities by clicking HERE.
- Mrs. Nicholson’s class is still in the lead for highest donations, closely followed by Miss Ward’s class for a friendly 1st grade competition! Will someone take the new lead?
- Our highest donors have shifted a bit since my last email! Kayley J, Aleena S, Greyson N, Jameson N, Hudson B, and Max V are in the lead! The top donor will get to SLIME ME!
Donations will be collected through November 30th. The funds raised through the Jogathon help provide extracurricular activities, special events, student experiences, school programs, and opportunities that make learning and being part of Lakeview even more exciting and memorable.
Every lap, every step, and every contribution brings us one step closer to reaching our goals and creating more opportunities for our students. Whether you’re running, cheering from the sidelines, sharing our fundraiser, or making a donation, every bit of support helps us Level Up together.
We are incredibly grateful for our amazing Lakeview families and community. Thank you for helping us make our school a place where our students can learn, grow, have fun, and make memories that last a lifetime.
